What does one video cost?
The default clip — Standard · 720p · 12 seconds — costs 35 credits. A 1080p 12-second video is 90 credits, a 480p version is 20, and longer clips scale up from there. The exact cost is shown next to the Generate button and is recalculated the moment you change the resolution, the length or the format. Nothing is charged after you press Generate.
Do credits expire?
It depends which credits you hold. Monthly subscription credits are valid for the current billing month. Yearly subscription credits arrive all at once and are valid for the current billing year. One-time credit packs never expire. The three balances are tracked separately: buying a new plan never overwrites or deletes credits you already have, and credits that expire sooner are always spent first.
What happens if a render fails?
The credits go back to the balance they came from, in full. Nothing is charged for a clip that was never produced, and retrying the same prompt does not double-charge. If a render fails repeatedly, shorten the clip or simplify the action — one clear movement per shot works far better than a crash scene.
Is there a watermark?
No. Purchased credits produce clean clips — there is no watermarked preview tier and no paid unlock to remove anything. Once a render has been charged to your balance it is yours to preview, download and post.
What photo should I upload?
One sharp, well-lit photo of one person, full body, with face, outfit and shoes visible. A plain background helps the model keep the body stable. Only upload a photo of yourself or someone who has given you permission — do not upload photos of IVE members or other celebrities.
How long does it take, and how do I get the file?
Most renders finish in a couple of minutes; a 1080p clip can take longer. The page polls the real job status, so you see the genuine state rather than a fake progress bar. When the clip is done it appears in the studio and in My videos, where you can play it and download the MP4.
