Terms of Service — Looks Can Kill AI

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Looks Can Kill AI ("we", "us", "our") regarding your use of the Looks Can Kill AI service available at lookscankillai.pro (the "Service"). By visiting the site, creating an account, purchasing credits, uploading a photo, submitting a text prompt, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms take effect on 23 October 2026.

2. The Service

Looks Can Kill AI is an independent AI video studio built on Seedance 2.0. It converts a single uploaded photo or a single text prompt into a short vertical dance video.

• Looks Can Kill AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to IVE, Starship Entertainment, or any of their artists, labels, agencies or representatives.
• The Service does not include, host, stream or distribute any official recording, official music video, or member likenesses.
• The Service is a creative generation tool. Outputs are synthetic and are not recordings of, or performances by, any real artist.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase credits. Do not share credentials or operate multiple accounts to circumvent limits. Notify support@lookscankillai.pro immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Pricing

The Service is sold in credits across 13 packages:

• Monthly subscriptions: Starter $9.90 for 35 credits; Basic $19.90 for 105 credits; Pro $39.90 for 350 credits; Studio $79.90 for 840 credits.
• Yearly subscriptions: Starter $79 for 420 credits; Basic $159 for 1,260 credits; Pro $319 for 3,600 credits; Studio $639 for 7,400 credits.
• One-time packs: Single $9.90 for 35 credits; Duo $19.90 for 105 credits; Party $39.90 for 280 credits; Crew $79.90 for 700 credits; Studio Pack $149 for 1,400 credits.

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added.

4.2 Render costs

• 480p, 12-second clip — 20 credits
• 720p, 12-second clip — 35 credits
• 1080p, 12-second clip — 90 credits

Other durations or resolutions may cost proportionally more or less, as displayed in the studio.

4.3 Expiry

• Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the billing month in which they are issued.
• Yearly subscription credits are valid for the billing year.
• One-time credits never expire.

4.4 Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe through the Yito checkout. We do not store full card details. Failed renders are refunded automatically to your credit balance. Except where required by law or expressly stated, purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and unused credits have no cash value.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload content you do not own or lack permission to use;
• generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exploits minors;
• impersonate any person or create content designed to deceive;
• attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or circumvent the Service;
• resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

6. Photo and Likeness Rights

You may upload only your own photo, or a photo you have explicit permission to use. By uploading, you represent and warrant that you hold all rights and consents necessary, including from any person depicted. You must not upload images of public figures, celebrities, artists or other third parties without authorisation. You are solely responsible for any claim arising from an uploaded image and agree to indemnify us against such claims.

7. AI Output and Ownership

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the videos generated from your inputs, to the extent permitted. We assign to you any rights we may hold in the output. You grant us a limited licence to process your inputs solely to operate the Service. AI outputs may not be unique; similar or identical outputs may be generated for other users. Outputs may not be copyrightable in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for how you use outputs.

8. Moderation

We may review, filter, refuse or remove inputs or outputs that violate these Terms, and may suspend accounts. Automated and human moderation may be imperfect, and we do not guarantee detection of every prohibited item.

9. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, and third-party providers (including Seedance 2.0, Stripe and Yito) may experience outages. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy. We do not warrant that outputs will meet your expectations or be error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with legal requirements. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive, including sections 6, 7, 10, 11 and 14, will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence.
